Rescue Emergency Care LogoRESCUE EMERGENCY CARE (REC) is the authorising body for our first aid courses. REC provides a nationally recognised structure of awards, which are also recognised by the British Canoe Union, MLTUK, RYA, BASI, ASSI, BOF, and by most other outdoor National Governing Bodies.

REC courses are delivered by HSE (Health and Safety Executive) registered trainers, and incorporate the latest UK and European guidelines.

The REC scheme has the reputation of being ‘The training’ to have within the outdoor industry, due to the practical and hands on approach in with which it is delivered.  Scenario based sessions paralleling real outdoor situations and specific to the activity you do, is the key to their success.

Chinese proverb: I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand.
