Jim Jayes

The owner and founder (1985) of White Water Active, Jim is a past British and Commonwealth champion slalom paddler. Jim has been involved in canoeing since his childhood and since retiring as a international racer he has worked all over the world as an Olympic coach in many different nations. Jim has coached many of the top World and Olympic medal winners. Few coaches if any can match the level of success that he has enjoyed. This vast experience is used throughout the planning and execution of all white water active acvtivities, you can be assured that it is this high level of expertise that seperate us from the competition whether you just come for a fun day out or have Olympic asperation of your own.
Jim also runs the new venture Eddylines Canoe and outdoor clothing shop in the center of town in Llangollen and he also works on other exciting future development for the company, watch this space!
