| Rebecca Russell (13th February 1973) Working in the Entertainment Industry Rebecca manages a large Music and Arts Venue. She teaches canoeing and kayaking and has recently passed the selection assessments for North Wales Fire Service and will begin formal training soon. Rebecca is part of the Welsh Ladies Rafting Team for the European Rafting Championships in Italy in June and the Pre-World Championships in Costa Rica in September. |

| Swimming was Rebecca’s first competitive discipline, and a love of the outdoors saw her taking an Outdoor Education Diploma. Although she qualified in several disciplines it was water sports that she loved and she has kayaked all over the world.Qualified inKayaking. Inland Kayak Instructor Level 3. Teaching experience - Army Cadets for 8 years, plus many individual and group clients. Paddled in French Alps, Italy, New Zealand, Australia and America. Safety Kayak for Canolfan Tryweryn and Whitewater Active.Rafting. Level 1 Raft Guide. Guiding experience - worked at Tryweryn and Llangollen. First raft descent in Morocco.Love surf kayaking - Surfed Morocco and Lanzarote and go regularly to Thurso east, Scotland. | |
