White Water Active’s gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or validation, which ever is the later, and require an activation code issued at time of purchase. Vouchers may be extended for a small administration fee after one year...see full Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link on the right of the page.

All the recipient needs to do is contact us to confirm their choice of date and activity and leave the rest to us.
