REC Level Two Emergency If you participate in adventurous activities like Canoeing, Rock-Climbing or Mountain Biking, you owe it to your friends to have knowledge and practical experience of first aid. All subjects will be taught with the focus on wilderness, as opposed to urban, situations:

Do I get a certificate?: Yes, the course is overseen by REC and a certificate will be given on completion. Is there an assessment: No, the assessment of the course is done on an informal basis throughout the two days Is this available all year round: Yes, we run a course each month.
