First Aid Courses - Workplace based

We run a number of first aid courses based on workplace first aid and registered with Ofqual. Set to a well designed syllabus we can run courses in your offices, gym, leisure centre or anywhere. We also have our own training centre in Shrewsbury where we can run sessions for smaller groups.

Emergency First Aid at Work (6hr):

We offer a QCF Level 2 award in Emergency First Aids Skills. This is the qualification for those working in offices, care homes, leisure centre etc.


The course will cover the following subjects:

  • Responsibilities and Reporting

  • Assessment of the situation

  • Dealing with an unresponsive casualty

  • Basic hygiene in First aid

  • Resuscitation

  • Heart Attacks

  • Minor Injuries

  • Bleeding Control

  • Angina

  • Choking

  • Seizures

  • Shock

All the courses are based at our Shrewsbury Training Centre at Black Birches, Hadnall, Shrewsbury, SY4 3DH.
The course has a minimum contact time of 6 hours.

£75 per person 

We can also run courses at your venue. We charge £360 per trainer to run a course at your location and each trainer can teach up to 12 people. Certificates cost £7.50 per delegate.
