Covid 19 Update 10th August 2021

In Wales we are now at Covid level 0.

F.A.Q’s

Are you mixing people together?

We will try to keep groups together but we are back to filling rafts. Each raft has a 6 person capacity so will try to maximise this. If you are a single, double or triple adventurer you  will  be mixed with other adventurers.

Do you transport people together?

On our minibus transport we will utilise all available space so the bus will be filled a little more that during Covid times 

Are face coverings essential?

We advise people to still use face coverings but it is not law in Wales any more. All our staff will use their personal judgement and still look to utilise outdoor space and social distancing wherever possible. 

Are you still cleaning regularly?

We are aiming to keep up our cleaning regimes up including all changing areas and toilets regularly.

Is there anything else we need to do before arriving? 

To help us out and minimise indoor time we would ask that you fill in our pre arrival waiver. This will be sent separately to your booking confirmation and needs to be filled by all parties. 

Are there still showers?

Unfortunately all our showers are still closed but we are aiming to have them open in winter 2021.
