All of the activities we offer here at Whitewater Active are geared towards families with most activities available from the age of 8. We have and run our own accommodation, Riverbanc, with 7 fantastic bedrooms ranging from doubles to family rooms. A great morning of white water rafting from Horseshoe Falls back to Llangollen. I was bit bit apprehensive after a dry summer, but plenty of water is fed into the river from the reservoir to make it fun for all ages. We were a three gen party.... two big teens, me and my 82 yo GrandPa. We were hosted/guided by Kris and he was excellent. He made sure G-Pa was ok all the time and following a detailed brief feeling same. (Sorry you had to put in a double shift Kris!!). The two big "Falls" were brilliant and it was a really fun morning. I don't normally buy the goofy photo but the action one are worth it.
